Ever since the beginning of the year, and now moving into the Spring Selling Season, striking shifts in supply and demand have occurred and continued to accelerate, resulting in a dramatic leap in the heat and competitiveness of Market Conditions.Ā Based on current indicators, and what is being experienced on the ground as new Listings arrive on the Market, deals are negotiated, and Homes go into contract, it appears almost certain that significant Home price increases will continue in Q2 2024. |
The U.S. median House sales price increased in March and will almost certainlyĀ continue to rise in coming months. Its all-time high occurred in June 2022.Ā |

Q:Ā How can I make my Home more appealing for the Spring Selling Season?Ā š» A:Ā Fresh flowers are a wonderful addition, adding color to each room in the House. Don't forget to add in the kitchen a basket of fresh fruits that are in part of the Spring season. Remember curb appeal is so important as it is the first impression when prospective Buyers arrive at the property. Make sure to plant fresh flowers in the beds including adding a pot of flowers next to the front door. Don't forget to add a fresh new front door mat welcoming theĀ Buyers into the property.Ā š·
