The Federal Reserve cut the fed funds rate, marking the first cut in over four years and bringing the 30- year loan rate to just above 6%. This means that the average payment on a $1m home dropped by $1010 per month since last year!

Among our adventures we visited Skellig Island, a World Unesco Heritage site, contemplated the perfect pint of Guiness, rode bikes in the rain, saw several castles, and met many lovely people.
