2024 Q2 Manhattan
Market Insights Report. This report
highlights the prevailing trends shaping the market.
"The bond market is already pricing in rate cuts...

These States Have Some of the Poorest Americans – and the Highest Homeownership Rates
Some states with the lowest incomes have the highest home ownership rates: Mississippi (76%), West Virginia (77%), Alabama (74%), Kentucky (69%), and Arkansas (66%)..... do low incomes allow for cheaper home building perhaps? Does home ownership with a fixed housing cost help? New York, California and Massachusetts have some of the highest levels of personal income yet count themselves among the states with the lowest homeownership rates.

BMW Tangamanga 1/2 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico
I managed the challenging elevation (6400+ ft) best I could, but my pace definitely suffered. Still, an incredible experience and the most beautiful 1/2 marathon course Ive ever competed in.
I'm not so fast but Runner's World talked to runners about how they stay fast over age 50. Here are 9 key tips on how they avoid the comparison trap and injury setbacks to dominate their age groups. #9 seriously, motivates me:

1. They Train With Groups (and Younger Runners).
2. They’re Picky About Their Coaches.
3. Instead of Comparing to Past Times, They Set Lofty Future Goals.
4. They Keep Their Motivation in Mind.
5. They Find Strengthening and Stretching Routines That Work.
6. They Cross-Train—Sometimes, Hard.
7. They Recognize the Difference in Aches versus an Injury.
8. They Find Doctors Who Take Them (and Running) Seriously.
9. They Use Aging as Inspiration.
