I spent the weekend in Palm Springs, and was able to tour a couple amazing homes, and ALMOST was able to see the Kaufmann House, listed for $25 Million ... until next time. I saw a William Cody house that popped up on the market within walking distance from my parents house, that had a magical pool and lush outdoor landscaping throughout, and a 1933 Spanish Movie Colony home, remodeled with just the right amount of modern while retaining it's Spanish charm. I'm hoping to be a resource for both Palm Springs and Los Angeles for any client needs that arise.
