Padgett is a well-known fixture of the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia real estate markets and most recently held the position of Vice President and Branch Manager for Long & Foster’s Columbia, Maryland office.
An active fixture in the real estate industry since 1985, Padgett brings vast experience and leadership skills to the swiftly growing Compass team in the greater DMV area. Throughout her illustrious career, Padgett has managed real estate sales and offices alongside numerous local, national, and international companies, with experience in the residential, commercial, and new development sectors. Padgett will serve as an expert resource for the company’s local agents and is an instrumental addition as Compass continues to scale in the DMV and beyond.

Additionally, Padgett is the President Elect for the Howard County Association of REALTORS® (HCAR) Cares, which fundraises and awards grants to organizations and groups who address food, shelter, health, safety, and cultural needs throughout Howard County.
