  • Enter the desired search location in the “Search Box” and click the magnifying glass

  • Click “Filters” on the right-hand side to input the search criteria

  • Under the “Listing Status” header, uncheck ‘Active’

  • Under the“Listing Type” header, select ‘Compass Listings, ‘Coming Soons’ and ‘Standard Exclusives’

  • Scroll up and click on “Save Search” in the upper right corner 

  • Click “Buyer or Seller” and set up an account
