A safe, residential borough located in northern New Jersey with easy access to the state’s beaches, as well as New York City.
The area now known as Rumson was originally called “Navarumsunk” by the Native Americans. Over time, the name was shortened to Rumson. Thanks to its prime location between the Jersey Shore and New York City, Rumson is one of the country’s wealthiest towns, and is home to a few celebrities.
