If insurance lapses at any time Tenant will not be able to conduct any business and boarders of tenant will not be able to ride their horses. Landlord will be responsible for plowing a path in front of barn. Tenant will be responsible for plowing the parking lot or any additional area tenant may want. Landlord will be responsible for mowing front side of barn and area in front of houses. Tenant will be responsible for all paddock and riding arena maintenance including mowing in and around riding rings and paddocks.
