Tranquil, safe and open-concept! I have lived in this home for 30+ years. The only reason we are moving out is because grandma can no longer climb the stairs to her bedroom. We love this neighborhood: it is really one of a kind. It is one of a few that has street lights, which makes evening/night walks great! We have always felt comfortable having our kids walk around freely and make friends with the plenty of other children in the neighborhood.
