The home IS NOT connected to the existing septic system. The seller passed away before that was done. It us UNKNOWN if the existing septic system is in good working order. This home is approximately the same size as the previous home and the DOH said in a letter (attached) that they will "approve the existing septic system usage after a repair permit is applied for and issued for building sewer connection."
