A half bath was added off this area that also has access off the front hall from the living room. The front bedroom features two closets with a window seat in between them. Off the hall is a full bath with tub/shower combination and linen closet. On the back of the house are two additional bedrooms that are currently adjoining with a door but could easily be separated. There is no seller's disclosure since the seller has not lived there but we were told in addition to the kitchen, in 2017 a new roof was installed, the pool was installed and in 2023 the hot water tank was replaced. Did I forget to mention the pool? Well, stroll out back and there is an inground vinyl-lined pool with loop lock cover and free standing hot tub in a fenced in area with a lockable gate for safety. Currently there is also a fenced in area for dogs. This house has charm and is perfectly livable as is. The seller (a licensed builder) is willing to do some remodeling at additional cost should the buyer wish, such as close off the door between the bedrooms, close off one of the doors to the half bath and build the laundry area into a laundry closet. The list price is the home as is.
