The unit has a new water heater, shower stall and shower faucets, bathroom sink faucet, water purifier, stove top. Most furnishings are included. The living room has an 8 ft. couch that folds out for additional guests and a dual recliner. Two newer ac units for the summertime heat and a large storage shed. The storage shed is large enough to hold boat supplies, tools, rafts, etc. Water and trash are included in the monthly space rent and there are no property taxes!. If you pay for the full year as we do you can get a month free! The resort also has 3 really nice beach areas, one with shade and BBQs. Last but not least, very friendly people. Parker is about 20 minutes away. and Lake Havasu 30 minutes across the dam. The rest you just have to experience.
