Seller says that the Property Appraiser's office told her at that time, that the three lots could be again separated in the future if she so desired. She has nothing in writing from the County. At this time, we are trying to verify that which the County told her. There is a single wide manufactured home (approx. 576 sq ft) on parcel 12. It is a Handyman special. There is a single wide manufactured home (approx. 952 sq ft) on parcel 13. It definitely needs TLC. There is a well on Lot # 13 that currently services both manufactured homes and is located next to the Pole Barn. Each manufactured home has its own Septic tank and drain field. There is an OLD, abandoned well and septic system on Lot #14 but it seems they have NEVER been used and there are no structures.
