In 2014, this brick filled wood-frame house was meticulously renovated. As you enter the house into the vestibule on the parlor floor, you will see to the right that the living room, dining room and kitchen are fluidly connected to make one continuous space for great entertaining. The renovation was done carefully, taking care to leave the Greek Revival and Italianate features the builder incorporated. These include, the crown moldings on the ceiling and walls and most of the original tin ceilings. There are also two marble fireplace mantels, one of which is located in the living room and the other in the dining room. The floors throughout are made from reclaimed oak. The two full bathrooms are both white with Carrara tiles. The kitchen has white cabinetry with a Viking range, a Sub Zero refrigerator, an island and good storage.
