The mitered edge of the living room windows expand outward to the Southwest facing light and the long views beyond Mount Washington. The freestanding garage was recently converted to a ADU/guesthouse and adds 442 square feet of meticulously designed living space to the main house. The original stools designed for the house by James De Long are being offered as part of the sale.
