There is roughly 150 feet of elevation change from this corner to the hilltop in the middle of the property. I can't help but think that this would be an incredible build site, or picnic spot, to capture the 360 degree views of the surrounding country side. On a clear night you can even see the dome of the State Capital buildig off in the distance! The southern hilltop is almost the same elevation, and the sellers reminisced about the many fourth of July's they spent up there watching the fireworks from as far away as Lake Sherwood to the east and Lake Wabaunsee to the west. With minimal effort, this could be the ultimate hunting property! Approximately half of the property is still native grass for those interested in grazing livestock. The fences are in fair condition, but new fences will need to be built along the new property line on part of the east side. Three ponds will provide water, but more dams could easily be put up to capture more water for the livestock, and also waterfowl. A survey is in the works, but in the meantime approximate property lines are marked by the flagging.
