The garage is 20 x 30 with a 9 x 7 ft garage door set on a 4” thick cement pad reinforced with 1/2” rebar. Simpson heavy metal brackets and hurricane fasteners were used in construction. This seller has put a lot of work into the property and due to unforeseen circumstances will sell the property at a value far below the County values!
