Canal access to the intercoastal, and ultimately the Gulf of Mexico takes approximately 25 minutes. Areca Palms are on the back side of the lanai and provide privacy for the south facing pool, which is a prime spot to enjoy our Siesta Key sunsets. Replacement Ace Davit motor plate system is about $800-900 each. Replacement cabling and the electrical controllers (about $500). The A/C and air handler were replaced 9/30/2021. The Water heater is an A. O. Smith Professional and was installed 11/10/2023. The Refrigerator was replaced 3/2/2024. Pool pump replaced 11/24. All were working post Helene. Fantastic location and great opportunity. This home was last offered for sale in 1971.
