You will want to hurry and get this bought before the work is done as some have a hard time envisioning the finished product and may wait. New carpet and LVT flooring will be done prior to closing. Buyer can pick out their flooring choices (subject to Seller concurrence which shouldn't be an issue). Upgrades beyond what was planned would need to be added to final purchase price.
