There is some sort of septic system there but it's been awhile and we do not have the details on that system but the seller has stated she has not had any issues. Sit out in the evening at your fire pit and listen to the loons,, swim, boat, jet ski, soak up the sun, go fishing or simply enjoy the atmosphere and watch the water's plentiful activity. One addition has been put onto the mobile over the years which gives the camp some additional space.. Master bedroom has plenty of room. The front porch overlooks the lake and a couple of camps as well. Thompson Lake is known for being one of the most wonderful spots in Oxford. The mobile is old and is in need of some attention, especially the kitchen area. There is a miller furnace for heat and the camp comes partially furnished.
