Lighted steps behind the camper links the porch with a custom-built 12x12 specially reinforced storage building which has its own 5KW heater to prevent freezing and houses a full sized refrigerator and a 40 gallon Rheem water heater which is piped underground into the camper. Both the roof-over and the storage building are guttered with screens and downspouts. The original 50 amp electric service was replaced with 200 amp service for 240 volts. The two camper lots are platted together to reduce the dues owed each year to the Property Owners Assoc. There is plenty of parking and turn around space for guests and the second lot has a small deck on it and could be set up for a great picnic area or outdoor space for a nice firepit !
