The upper level contains both bedrooms as well as a large full bath with shower over tub. Off the hall is the closet which contains the stacked washer & dryer. The master bedroom is huge and will contain a large bedroom suite of furniture and still have floor space left over for other items. The master also has a vaulted ceiling, which makes it seem larger than it really is. The garage is a short walk and has a standard tilt-up door, there is plenty of floor space and even a storage shelf to keep some items off the floor. Le Parc is a great complex with a large pool and spa area close to the clubhouse, yet only a short walk from this unit. You'd better hurry, this unit won't last long.
