The breakfast nook is a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig or the standard coffee maker. The newly redone kitchen has a gas stove and a refrigerator for all your needs. The backyard space is quaint and perfect for those who want to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. The outdoor shower and gas Weber BBQ are great amenities for those who want to grill and rinse off after a day at the beach. Have a fur baby? Pets are welcome! Please note that pet history/ reference and deposit is required after submission review and approval. The garage and driveway parking are included. It is important to note that the garage only fits small cars. Guests have access to beach chairs, a boogie board, and an umbrella which means that they can enjoy the beach without having to bring their own equipment. The washer and dryer are included as well which is a great convenience for those who want to do laundry during their stay. Requirements for all 30-day rentals:
