The home is very open, great for a couple. The windows and views are spectacular. The kitchen is a cook's dream. Premium stainless appliances from Kitchen Aid, Bosch, and LG. Beautiful granite counters and a large island with lots of cabinets. Custom steel work throughout. Custom steel railings and staircase. Steel framed granite topped shelves for cookbooks etc. Very open like the rest of the home and very well-lit with many LED lights. Very difficult to find such a nice little home with these views in this price range. 2 acre lot has great privacy. This is private mountain living with great access to services and recreation. 30 minutes to Montrose, 30 minutes to Ouray. About an hour to hit the slopes in Telluride. There are stairs in this home.
