Entry porch needs to be painted/stained as I just had the stairs and rails replaced. Hopefully this will be done in the next couple of weeks. Long driveway is shared with several neighbors. It is a dirt driveway and needs a running start or a four wheel drive. I am from Texas and I was shocked after I bought it sight unseen three years ago but was told this is not uncommon in Colorado. Now it is no big deal to me but worth mentioning. Please call me for directions if you wish to experience it before you make an offer. Carpet was replaced August of 2022. Current residents have treated the house very well and have paid promptly each month. They have been a pleasure to deal with. The current lease ends 5/31/26 but have indicated they would be willing to shorten the lease to 5/31/25. Most of the bedroom furniture you see in the pictures will go with the house. They are being stored in the garage (there is no captains bed and no king mattress). The metal wall sculpture will also convey.
