This is a five unit building, each apartment has three stories, a private parking and a common area in the outdoor backyard. You will find an open concept and refreshing living room, with two balconies with views to the community and the beach, the open kitchen perfect for family breakfasts or a friendly gathering where everybody can join and a dining room that is placed near a second balcony as well as a powder room. We have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the main bedroom has a private bathroom and a balcony with a beautiful view to the street nearby the beach, all of the areas are modern and comfortably furnished. Finally, the apartment has a private roof terrace, from where you can have a glimpse of the sea, perfect for your daily dose of Vitamin D and to enjoy one of the most amazing sunsets of Florida. The apartment is equipped to serve the needs of our guests in the best way possible, a kitchen with the main utensils for cooking and cleaning, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, washer and dryer, iron, a 55 inches flat led smart tv with worldwide cable service, Wi-Fi available and many other essentials like shampoo, hair dryer, toilet paper, bath and beach towels, pillows and bed linens, table games as well as wheeled cooler, a beach umbrella and seven beach chairs. The property has a room in the back yard for build a pool. Our team keeps the place sparkling clean and sanitized, and the area is kept secure with outdoor security cameras. Inside the garage there is space for 2 vehicles and 6 space in the driveway.
