There is a comfortable Patio Area with a Gas Fire Pit, BBQ and comfortable seating to relax or dine outdoors under the sun or stars with ambient lighting. There are surf racks for your board and hooks to dry your wetsuit. We have Secure Garage Parking and Self Check in with Security Gates and Monitors for your safety. Surf, Paddle Board, Boogie Board, Kayak, Sail, Book a Channel Island Tour, Fish, Comb the Beach for sea glass and other treasures, bike ride, saunter on the Board Walk or simply Relax on the Beach steps from your front door. The world is literally your Oyster or you can visit our Local Food Truck on the sand, 'Jolly Oyster' if you want some real ones! Eat, Drink, Coffee, Snacks are steps away from your front door at Spasso Cucina Italiano, Social Tap Eatery and Bar, The Sushi House, Kay's Coffee, Surf n Yogurt, Pierpont Tacos, Dukes Griddle & Grill, Lucky Thai and/or Pierpont Liquor-Market with Starbuck's and Von's less than a five minute walk away. Right next door you can Rent or Purchase anything that you need for the Beach from Seaward Surf and Sport; Surfboards, Wetsuits, Boogie Boards, Towels, Bathing Suits, Sunglasses, Sand Toys, etc. Walk 10 minutes to Ventura Pier for Tacos and MadeWest Beer or walk another 10 to Main Street Restaurants and Shops in our Historic Downtown.
