My sign is in the SE corner of the lot and the gps pin should be almost exactly on my sign. PR 2060 leads to a dead end/private drive-way. If you get to a silver carport and green shipping container you have gone too far north. Property Boundaries are clearly marked with White Pipe and T posts. Not Paved, I recommend a truck or SUV when showing, 4 wheel drive if wet.
