Relocation Manager

As a Relocation Manager, you will be the primary contact for our clients and their families throughout the relocation process, ensuring they receive exceptional service from start to finish. You will assist the Relocation Director in managing referrals, assessing client needs, and coordinating timely placements. Your role includes educating agents on RMC processes and training team members, all while maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams. As a Relocation Manager, you are dedicated to providing a seamless experience for our clients and are committed to excellence in every aspect of your work.

At Compass You Will:

Assist the Relocation Director with the management of incoming/outgoing referrals and tracking/reporting

Act as the main point of contact for administering and delivery of Relocation and referral services to transferees/clients and their families

Manage, accept, and monitor referrals throughout the file’s lifecycle

Counsel and assess the individual client’s needs and coordinate the timely placement of incoming referral business

Serve as a key liaison for the operational delivery of referrals

Educate and instruct agents regarding all RMC forms and processes

Instruct agents on the proper Corporate HomeSale processes and procedures

Work in conjunction with the Relocation Director to train team members on relocation practices and procedures

Assist with managing the Corporate Relocation Specialists and clerical support personnel

Input data into a referral tracking system and assist with monitoring production and information

Monitor referrals on a daily basis and provide client status updates regularly

Act as a knowledgeable resource for information about area and home market trends

Responsible for collecting and disbursing payment of referral fees

Manage RMC inventory properties and develop strategies for quick sale

Assists with the placement of Rental Assistance referrals as needed

Invoice RMC for Rental Assistance

Maintain good relations with cross-functional teams

Help improve operational efficiencies whenever possible

Cover for coworkers as needed

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as requested or assigned
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience working in a relocation department, real estate company, or relocation management company actively working with real estate agents

Experience with eRelocation system

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing you to adapt and formulate solutions quickly

Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills, the ability to build and manage relationships

Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized

Great listening skills, connect well with others and is empathetic of the customer’s pain points

Competent in the G suite and comfortable learning and working in customized software programs

A California real estate license is a plus
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $57,200 - $85,900; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
