New York City apartment set to sell for $66.5 Million

The top two apartments at the Bellemont condominium at 1165 Madison Avenue will be combined by the buyer. The newly merged condos will create a home spanning four floors, with 13,000 square feet and roughly 2,300 square feet of outdoor space. It is among the most expensive projects in the history of the area. The building was designed by Robert A.M. Stern and will feature his characteristic limestone facade.
