Adjacent Penthouses in Miami Beach List for $45 Million Total
Originally published in The Wall Street Journal, two side-by-side penthouses in Miami Beach, Florida, are going on the market. The listing price will be a total of $45 million.
Caryl Englander, the seller, is married to hedge-fund businessman Israel Englander.
The units are composed of the top floor of the Tresor condominium at the Fontainebleau resort, according to Compass agent Linda Schechter, who is also Ms. Englander’s sister and shares the listing with Compass agent Gary Feinberg. The north unit will list for $20 million and the south unit for $25 million. The penthouses connect to each other by glass doors that divide one of the terraces, Ms. Schechter said.
The south penthouse is priced higher because it had a recent multimillion-dollar renovation, and also features a desirable southeast exposure, Ms. Schechter said.
