"Zak showed supreme skill in both the ability to sell our home (an agent is so much more than just opening doors) and negotiate an amazing deal for us. It’s a very hard time in NYC as a seller, and Zak navigated the waters as best we’ve ever seen. We will continue to hire Resnick Property Group as our representative and refer business his way. There are agents and then there are AGENTS - Zak is the latter." -David T. (Seller)
""I am thrilled to recommend Zak as the outstanding realtor who helped my husband and me find our dream home on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. We worked with Zak for over a year as we searched for the perfect apartment. Throughout our search, he provided invaluable insight and guidance, taking the time to understand our needs and preferences. He was always available to answer any questions we had, and his knowledge of the Manhattan real estate market was truly impressive.
When we finally found our dream home, Zak was instrumental in negotiating a fair price and ensuring that all necessary paperwork was completed in a timely manner. He was always accessible and responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of, even after the sale was completed.
Overall, I cannot recommend Zak highly enough. His expertise, professionalism, and dedication to his clients make him an invaluable asset to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area. We are so grateful for his help in finding our dream home, and we know that anyone who works with him will be in excellent hands.” - May W. & Amir S.
"Zak is the best! I couldn’t have asked for a better broker to help me navigate the insanity that is NYC real estate; I’m thrilled with my purchase and have already recommended him to several people. I’ll definitely be buying with Zak again!" - Jennifer F.

Tony Award-Winning Producer Enlists Broadway Star Agent to Sell Penthouse for $9M
What do the Broadway shows Mamma Mia!, Piece of My Heart: The Bert Berns Story, and the off-Broadway revival of Once Upon a Mattress all have in common? They have starred real estate agent, Zak Resnick, who is now bringing a longtime friend’s NYC home to the market. This triplex penthouse is owned by Broadway producer Paul Boskind, who won a Tony for his 2011 revival of The Normal Heart. Asking $9 million, the three-story penthouse is an unrivaled living experience.
It’s perched in Times Square/Theater District condominium called the Platinum, a luxurious building designed by the late architect Costas Kondylis. Seen as one of the pioneers of high rise construction, Kondylis is also known for building Trump Plaza and Trump Park Avenue. According to The Architect’s Newspaper, the architect designed over 86 buildings in Manhattan in his lifetime.
The penthouse itself spans 4,333 square feet and, with its Northwest citing, offers views of the Hudson River from the west and magnificent skyline views from the east. Contemporary and luxurious, the penthouse employs glass even in its staircase to make it a true hub of modernity. The main floor feels vast with 20 foot ceilings and walls of windows. Holding a total of four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, there’s still potential to create one more bedroom. The primary suite sits above the main floor and is the only bedroom on this level, giving it complete privacy. For guests or visitors, a full-service suite on the lowest level is like having your own separate guest house without leaving the residence at all.
