The founder of Resnick Property Group, Zak works with individuals, investors, and developers interested in the city's best and most desirable properties. An action-oriented agent, he is known for his extremely detailed eye, meticulous work ethic, carefully curated style, and dedication to his clients. He earns their respect by working tirelessly on their behalf and always promises to offer clear, educated, practical, and real advice.
With a focus on Manhattan and Brooklyn sales, as well as experience in renovation, interiors and design, Zak excels at connecting the right people with the right projects. Each project demands a different skill set and he prides himself on his ability to adapt to the will of the property. Zak graduated with a degree in Acting from Carnegie Mellon University and has spent his 15 years here in New York City working, as an actor, on and off-Broadway. The skills he continues to learn on those stages and in those rehearsal rooms, help him today in all aspects of his life: including real estate.
Zak is married to, film and television actress, Ali Cobrin (Resnick), and they have a one year old daughter named Rocky. Some of their favorite NYC nights are spent at The Nines, RH Guesthouse, Bad Roman, and Dante West Village.
