Zach Crowley is no stranger to real estate, having worked in the sector for nearly ten years before becoming an agent in New York City. The early part of his career was spent in property management where he was promoted to Portfolio Manager, overseeing seven buildings throughout the Los Angeles area. Upon relocating to New York City, Zach served as an Assistant Property Manager at Ogden Cap Properties managing over 1200 units, after which he was a Resident Manager at Herald Towers. Today he is a proud member of The Greg Mire Team at Compass, bringing his knowledge and industry experience to clients seeking to buy or sell homes in New York City.
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Zach earned a BFA in Acting from
College Conservatory of Music (CCM) at the University of Cincinnati. Until
finding his passion in real estate, Zach worked in the film and television
industry as an actor and filmmaker, as well as in hospitality at high-end bars
and restaurants in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood.
Zach’s seasoned background has sharpened his ability to listen and understand
what people want, sometimes even before they know themselves. His professional
expertise coupled with personally owning an investment property has made him
very knowledgeable about real estate value, law, fair housing, and other
aspects of the business. Being competitive by nature also contributes to his
excellence as a fierce negotiator.
Specializing in real estate sales, rentals, property management, and investment
properties, Zach is always a client advocate. “I believe in utmost
honesty and communication. Clients can trust me to do my very best to battle on
their behalf and keep them in the
loop every step of the way.”
A current resident of upper Manhattan, Zach enjoys taking advantage of all
the city has to offer including attending the theater, cycling around
Central Park, and trying new restaurants with his fiancé. While he loves being
in New York City, he also enjoys traveling every chance he gets.
