Yassien Youssef

Born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, Yassien relocated to the United States in 2016 and currently resides in Lexington, MA. Beginning his real estate career in early 2020, Yassien boasts significant experience collaborating with investors to source new construction opportunities and subsequently facilitate the sale of these newly-built homes to prospective buyers. He officially joined the Denman Drapkin Group in August 2023, contributing an impressive sales volume of $18m to the team.

In his current role as a REALTOR®, Yassien derives immense satisfaction in helping investors to uncover off-market "diamonds in the rough” that they can then develop and he can sell to the right buyer for a substantial return on investment. Yassien's tenacious work ethic, coupled with a proven sales strategy, has demonstrated to be a winning formula for effectively serving investors, sellers, and buyers.

Bringing a wealth of experience in customer service, Yassien is motivated by the opportunity to authentically nurture his client relationships. Outside of work, Yassien enjoys prioritizing his fitness routine by spending time in the gym or playing soccer. Fluent in both English and Arabic, he is also diligently pursuing his college degree at Merrimack College, on track to graduate ahead of schedule in just three years.
