"Richard (and his partner Holly) were amazing!
They helped me sell my mother’s
house for 20% more than the asking price - there was even a bidding war, just
like on TV!
My mother’s house is not new and shiny - it was clean but hadn’t been updated
in many years. Although we were skeptical about the extra work and cost of
the recommended staging and maintenance repairs (selling a house can be
overwhelming), he helped us through every step. He always had someone to
recommend along the way, helped us organize and get everything done in time.
Richard was at the house putting in extra hours beyond what would even be
expected - supervising the work that was done, helping with the photo shoot
(there are some pictures of the house that must have been taken with a drone!),
etc.
He was kept in touch with weekly updates and responded quickly to my
questions. He was patient to explain his reasoning for different parts of the
process - why staging was important, when he planned to put the house on
the market, how to set the asking price, the goal of the open houses, and the
handling of the offers on the house. Richard really understands the housing
market and what needed to be done to get the best possible price. We ended
up selling for 20% more than the asking price - and I even thought the asking
price was more than we would get for the house.
I am so happy with both the process and the outcome. I would definitely

"My mom and Richard have been friends for a long time, so when I decided to start my search
for a home in San Francisco, Richard was the obvious choice to be my Realtor®.
I wasn’t living in San Francisco at the time, so it was inconvenient for me to constantly be
visiting open houses. He dedicated time during his week and weekends to check them out and
report back on all the pros and cons.
I had been hearing horror stories from friends also trying to buy property in SF - either it taking

In Detail: Richard’s experience in the area of selling homes is obvious. He’s got a great
attitude, is extremely diligent, works very hard for you. He is quick to reply, very thorough,
and extremely patient.
There were a few particulars about my homebuying that were extraordinary - and he
handled them extraordinarily!
- I was not even in the United States when I bought my house - not a problem.
- There were 4 owners with the house, each with differing priorities - not a problem for
Richard.
- California was reclassified during my transaction, affecting my loan status and we had to
start over. Not a problem for Richard!
- The house became mine over a week ago, and Richard is still helping me. We are dealing
with contractors together.
Richard really made me feel like my transaction was in good hands. I was a Nervous Nelly
half the time, and then went out of the country for the rest of the time. Richard managed it
all - along with my mortgage broker and title company - both wonderful referrals.
I wish I could buy another house just to give him more business. I will actively hunt down
