Originally focused in central Austin, Kathy and Winona expanded their services to include East Austin, Southwest Austin, Westlake, Northwest Austin and the surrounding areas. About Winona
Winona was born in Austin and is a 5th generation central Texan with strong ties to the area. She enthusiastically shares stories and photos from early Austin, including photos of her grandfather as a teenage lifeguard at Barton Springs and as one the first policeman to patrol Lake Austin.
Winona’s passion for design and natural ability in staging homes is an advantage to clients whether preparing their home to sell or assisting clients in envisioning the “possibilities” of their new home purchase.
She has a love of animals and a deep connection to nature. She enjoys horseback trail riding, hiking and adventures with her little dog, Merlin, aka “The Merlinator.” Ask her about her favorite green spaces, day trips to quirky Texas towns and the best area restaurants (she’s also a closet chef and foodie).

Kathy has been a Texan for more than four decades. Attracted to the then small college town for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery, she decided Austin was the place to set her roots.
Kathy’s enthusiasm and energy are contagious! Her ability to negotiate with a smile, has earned her the respect and friendship of many professionals in the real estate, lending and title industries.
Kathy is an experienced cyclist, coach, gardener, yogini and animal lover. She loves to explore parks that are hidden gems and can tell you about the best cycling routes in town. You may also find her kayaking on Ladybird Lake, hiking the Wild Basin, enjoying watercolor classes or practicing yoga. There’s always something fun and exciting to do in Austin!
