Wicker Park Historic Renovation Project

Billy is proudly involved in every step of a stunning historic home renovation in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood. This home, built in 1897, had its beautiful stained glass windows covered with layer upon layer of paint and its intricate wood carvings hidden behind aluminum frames for decades. Now, each feature is being meticulously restored to its original glory. A local stained glass artisan has carefully dismantled each window piece by piece, cleaning or replacing any damaged glass to revive the home’s authentic beauty
