About Whit

Whit grew up in the real estate industry shadowing his mother who was an active real estate agent in Raleigh, North Carolina, a town not unlike Nashville. After achieving his degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, he knew he could follow in the entrepreneurial footsteps of his mom. However, his creative passion led him to also graduate from the renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA where he studied jazz guitar.

It was Whit's love of music that brought him to Nashville in the Spring of 2014. He quickly realized that he could use the best of both degrees. Within a short time of living here, he became captivated with the thriving real estate market and fell in love with helping others realize their investment potential. Fast forward to today, and you will find many past clients that call Whit their friend and owe him for the equity and financial security that he has helped them achieve.
