Wes Wray is a seasoned commercial real estate professional specializing in industrial and retail leasing. Originally from Bowling Green, KY, Wes moved to Nashville in 2007 to attend Belmont University, where he was a member of the Men's Soccer Team. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Wes relocated to Houston, TX, to pursue a career in real estate with a family-owned brokerage.

In Houston, Wes gained extensive experience managing a wide range of real estate transactions, including residential and commercial sales, leasing, property management, and investment property acquisition. As a licensed Broker in both Texas and Tennessee, Wes leverages his deep understanding of the leasing market to deliver strategic value to buyers and investors, helping them make informed decisions that align with their financial goals.
