About Wesley

Wes has extensive local knowledge of the city of Jacksonville with an emphasis on the Beaches area. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Wes attended Bishop Kenny High School and went on to play soccer at the University of North Florida.

After graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering, Wes worked locally at an engineering firm specializing in land development. Through this experience, he received his first real taste of the housing industry. Designing planned communities and working with developers helped shape his desire to become more involved with residential sales.

Wes shifted into building materials sales gaining valuable product knowledge while developing lasting relationships with some of the best architects and contractors in North East Florida. These relationships as well as an innate ability to see potential in a property, where others may not, fueled the launch of a successful real estate career.
