She is focused on building meaningful relationships to deeply understand her clients’ needs, acting as both strategic advisor and true advocate throughout the process. With expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder business processes with great efficacy and the belief that real estate can and should be fun, Wendy drives towards results while delivering an enjoyable experience for her clients.
Prior to real estate, Wendy had a successful career in recruiting and talent management at firms such as Google and Lippincott. With over a decade at Lippincott, one of the world’s premier brand and design consulting firms, Wendy has developed a keen eye and appreciation for great design and aesthetics which she brings to her real estate work. Throughout her career, Wendy has helped countless professionals and executives successfully navigate critical career and business decisions. She combines this advisory and coaching mentality with strong business acumen and market knowledge to guide her real estate clients in uncovering their needs.
Born in Hong Kong and raised in Australia, Wendy lived in London before moving to New York in 2007. With her international and multicultural upbringing and experiences, Wendy has honed her ability to connect with people of all backgrounds. She can quickly read the room, making those around her feel at ease and brings a strong instinct for navigating people dynamics, especially during negotiations.
Wendy has experienced the ups and downs of New York’s real estate market first-hand. After many years as a renter across Manhattan and Brooklyn, she is now a proud owner in a co-op building in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn where she lives with her partner, and their dog. Wendy is a foodie, runner and an intrepid traveler. When she isn’t off exploring the world or running (sometimes simultaneously!), she can be found checking out the city’s food scene or hosting dinner parties for friends.
