Born and raised in vibrant Singapore, Wendy worked as a financial planner in the late 1990’s managing a portfolio of 500 clients and achieving an impressive 98% client retention rate. 

Upon moving to Seattle in 2023, Wendy fearlessly entered the real estate industry despite being new to the country and city. For over a decade, she has thrived as a trusted guide for buyers, sellers, and investors consistently earning repeat business, referrals, and 5 star reviews. 

From 2016-2020, Wendy took a sabbatical in Zurich, Switzerland, accompanying her husband for expatriate work at Google. Her multicultural background instilled in her an understanding of diverse perspectives, allowing her to connect with people from all walks of life from all over the world. 

Now, based in Palo Alto, Wendy pursues her love for real estate, upholding a commitment to aligning her clients' objectives with an unwavering integrity. She believes in working honestly and building long-term trust. Wendy is an active member of the local community as an involved volunteer for the PAUSD and Paly TEAM program.
