Wendy grew up in Southern California, moving to the East Bay in 1966 to attend UC Berkeley, where she received both a Bachelor of Science and master's degree. She made the East Bay her home, becoming involved in community activities and enjoying all the East Bay provides in sports and the outdoors, fulfilling her particular passion for health and fitness. Her education continued as well, and in 1981, she received her real estate salesperson license, followed by a broker license in 1992, and the Certified Residential Specialist designation in 1995. In the meantime, Wendy raised two daughters, and with an emphasis on education, both completed graduate school.

As an experienced Real Estate professional, Wendy has 38 years of proven success. At Coldwell Banker (1982-1990), Wendy was consistently ranked in the top 3 percent and remains a top producer at Compass. Wendy has an established professional mantra that she lives by: focus on the client and the client's goals, listen to the client's needs to get the best possible results and be consistent in every transaction.
