With more than 20 years in the real estate business, Wendy is skilled at understanding what works for individual customers' needs and at finding the best solutions, with both sales and rentals.
A native Upstate New Yorker, Wendy earned her degree in Fashion Illustration in Boston before joining American Express Travel. After seeing the world, Wendy set her sights on the real estate market in NYC. She continually utilizes her energy, personality, and enthusiasm to go the distance for clients and ensure that their every need is fulfilled. Her business acumen and keen knowledge of the market, combined with her winning attitude, facilitate buyers' and sellers' actions throughout every step of the real estate process: from envisioning the possibilities of space to negotiating a sound deal. Positive in outlook, energetic in her work attitude, and sales approach, she thrives on helping her clients achieve all of their real estate goals with a sense of ease. Wendy has lived in both Manhattan and Brooklyn and is very knowledgeable in both of these vibrant markets.
In her spare time, Wendy is committed and involved in the charity she started 9 years ago for children living in homeless shelters and is an avid photographer.
