Vanessa Sanchez

Vanessa was born and raised in Spain she and her family moved to the United States in her late teens. New York became their new home but soon after starting her own family she and her husband made the move to the Sunshine state, specifically Cape Coral, FL where she raised her four children. With a background as a Registered Nurse, Vanessa brought compassion and care to her work, touching countless lives. However, her true passion lay elsewhere - in the world of real estate. From an early age, she found herself drawn to the industry, fascinated by the opportunities it presented.

Vanessa's real estate journey began as a personal interest, dabbling in investments, from flips to rehabs and rentals. Each project fueled her enthusiasm, igniting a desire to delve deeper into the profession. When the world faced the challenges of Covid, Vanessa saw it as an opportunity for change. She made the bold decision to transition from nursing to pursue her dream career in real estate full-time.

When she is not working, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family and friends. You will most likely find Vanessa at the baseball field. Vanessa enjoys nothing more than spending time with her family and her extended baseball family. Baseball is a big part of her life and you'll often find her cheering passionately at her son's baseball games.
