Valerie McNeal of The MAC Group at Compass in Ellicott City MD,  with over 20 years of real estate sales experience, is a Certified Residential Specialist. 

She is highly skilled in working with buyers and sellers at all price levels and focuses on the Luxury market in the Baltimore and DC Metro area's. She services buyers, sellers and investors in Howard county and the surrounding area's.

 Valerie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of MD, College Park Campus and was previously a Sr Advertising Executive at The Washington Post before obtaining her real estate license, has earned her designation of GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute). Member of the Howard County Association of Realtors. She has recently completed the required coursework for her CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist in which only 4% of Realtors nationwide hold) Other memberships include: International Real Estate Specialist (IRES), Certified Military Residential Specialist, Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR),National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the University of Maryland Alumni Association.
