I'm Val Shulzhenko, a real estate consultant and sales professional with a passion for design, style, and remodeling and investing. Growing up as the daughter of an architect and developer, I developed a deep passion for remodeling and gained an in-depth understanding of construction challenges. With years of experience managing remodeling projects for primary residences, investment properties, and managing long term and vacation rentals, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye for detail to every project I undertake.

My journey in real estate began with a deep-rooted passion for transforming spaces. Over the years, I've honed my skills in managing remodeling projects, ensuring that each property I work on not only meets but exceeds expectations. Whether it's a family home, an investment property, or a luxurious vacation rental, my commitment to quality and excellence is unwavering.

 When I am not working (which is rear!) I spend quality time with my family, dogs and supporting my daughter’s passion for equestrian sport. My background in science drives my research into neuroscience, lifestyle, and technology advancements, shaping both my personal and professional life.
