When we first listed our Park Slope apartment with agent from another well-known firm, we assumed the market was so hot the apartment would pretty much sell itself, and we did not choose our agent carefully. Three months later, with no offers, we re-listed with Tyson Lewis. The experience was night-and-day. Tyson is a father of two teenagers, both of whom attended Brooklyn public schools, and a 25 year New York City resident. He holds a degree from the University of Vermont where he studied Anthropology and English and worked as a litigation paralegal, first at the corporate law firm of Dewey Ballantine LLP and later at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
