We absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Brooklyn real estate market. They were recommended to us by the since-retired broker who helped us purchase our first property almost 6.5 years ago. As our family and attachment to Brooklyn has grown, so has our need for a larger home. We brought this team in to help sell our co-op, and to help us find our next home.

Our sale process was wonderful. They prepped us, marketed for us, and we had a sensational offer after just one open house. They subsequently achieved the same for our neighbor, who we recommended them to.

In terms of our search and purchase, while we are not the clients from hell, we are also not a walk in the park. But Tyson and Allie patiently guided us by regularly showing us what was possible in a few of our target neighborhoods, educating us on the realities of Brooklyn real estate, and also giving us (in a professional manner) "tough love" when we needed it. In the end, they were instrumental in the purchase of our dream home. If you need a broker, use them 100% - Mandy and Josh

Tyson and his team have worked on several projects with my team, and I appreciate the level of detail, coordination and communication he provides. It is difficult to find a team that values, appreciates and works with hard deadlines, as time is one of our greatest assets. Lewis and his team understand this. I would highly recommend Lewis and his team, as they provide 10 star service. - Manny (contractor and expeditor)

"When we first listed our Park Slope apartment with agent from another well-known firm, we assumed the market was so hot the apartment would pretty much sell itself, and we did not choose our agent carefully. Three months later, with no offers, we re-listed with Tyson Lewis. The experience was night-and-day. Tyson listed the apartment on Monday, had an over ask offer on Thursday and two back-up offers on Sunday. But that’s only the middle of the story. Even though we received an offer right away, Tyson worked tirelessly BEFORE we listed. He didn't rely on a "hot" market - he created the market. After we accepted the offer, Tyson did not let up. He made sure every loose-end was secure. We were a corporate relocation, which meant mountains of red tape, frustrating rules and paperwork. Tyson navigated the process quickly and professionally. We are so thankful for all his hard work." - Stacey & Dan

"Tyson was referred to me by a trusted friend and he did not disappoint! He was with me every step of the way as I navigated my first ever home purchase in Brooklyn. I'm so thankful I had him as my guide and I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to anyone I know looking for their first or tenth home." - Alison

"Tyson Lewis sold us our Ditmas Park condo in 2010. When it came time to resell in August of 2015, we naturally contacted him to discuss our options. After one meeting with Tyson, we knew we had found our broker. He provided a clear and comprehensive analysis of market conditions, advised us on how to best prepare our apartment for sale, and designed a sales strategy that he believed would result in getting the best price and terms for our most important asset. We never imagined that we would receive ten offers in the first week on the market. Tyson negotiated a very intense competitive bidding situation with composure and confidence. Our condo ultimately sold for $162,000 over our asking price, exceeding our wildest expectations and setting a new record for the neighborhood. We enthusiastically recommend Tyson Lewis to any prospective seller!" - Gaylord & John

"When our mother died, we were seven grown children with a six bedroom Victorian house to sell in Brooklyn. After interviewing several real estate agents, we met with Tyson Lewis and knew he was the right person to sell our mother's house. We first met Tyson on a Saturday. By Monday he had beautiful photographs taken of the house, and by Wednesday the property had a website. A week later, we had multiple offers! Tyson was always a phone call or text away. We had an instant connection and I am still so impressed by how seamlessly he handled the very different concerns of seven grown children, each with an emotional attachment to the house. He negotiated a price we were all extremely happy with, and found a lovely family to buy our mother's home. When I saw Tyson at the closing, I gave him the biggest hug. He is a consummate professional, a caring person, a savvy businessman, and a terrific broker who knows the market. On any future sale, my family will call Tyson Lewis. We recommend him whole-heartedly and he has secured a place in our hearts." - Joanne

"As a first time home buyer, I really didn't know what I was getting myself into - thank goodness I found Tyson! He helped through every step of the process, providing valuable and trustworthy information, advice and support along the way. Tyson's keen perspective and local knowledge of real estate was essential to finding the perfect apartment and making it through to closing smoothly. I am so grateful I was in good hands while buying my first home and I absolutely love my new apartment!" - Jessica
