"Tyler did such a good job for my family and I. We are a young family with a 2 year old daughter, and a second child on the way. We needed to do this, and soon! Going into the process my wife and I were concerned as we were going to be buying, and selling a property. Having never done that before, we were anxious and didn't know what to expect. At that time he was very knowledgeable about the renting process when it came to the do's and don'ts. He helped with everything from building the lease to finding the tenant.
