Tyler Hahne grew up in a bilingual household moving back and forth between the US and Germany. He’s lived in various places including Washington DC, Miami, Sarasota, and parts of Germany such as Cologne, Bonn, and Duesseldorf. Prior to moving to Sarasota, Tyler helped run businesses in the commercial real estate and restaurant industry for over 10 years. Over the years, Tyler has seen Sarasota grow and he’s grown with it as he’s been coming to the Sarasota area for over 20 years. Whether he was visiting Family in Bradenton, dining out in his favorite local brewery “Good Liquid Brewing Company” or going on family trips to Lido key, he has fallen in love with Sarasota. His “insider tip” for the nicest sunset views is the Rooftop bar at the Westin with a panoramic view over the town and the beautiful, warm beach Sarasota is known for. Tyler is a big brother to three siblings and four dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys all activities outdoors, doing sports, or spending time with his family, friends, and pets.

Splitting his time between Germany and the US, Tyler has worked with and led many individuals and teams throughout his career exercising his leadership skills, empathy, and work ethic receiving multiple awards through the years. Now as a part of Compass, Tyler is excited to leverage his business savvy and the wide range of tools, advisors, and state-of-the-art technologies to represent buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Sarasota and Manatee Counties.

Tyler is easygoing but hard-working and is always there for his clients. Due to his past experiences, he does well under pressure and has set his goal and priority to what he describes as “the best part of the business,” to further build long-lasting relationships with his clients.
